Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Specialist to support day-to-day insurance operations, including policy administration, customer service, renewals, cancellations, payments, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and insurance quoting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative tasks, and experienced working across multiple insurance carrier platforms.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day personal lines administrative and back-end tasks.
- Process payments, policy changes, renewals, cancellations,
and other policy-related requests.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Maintain accurate and organized client and policy records.
- Support policy servicing activities and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare insurance quotes and compare coverage options across multiple carrier platforms.
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy when handling sensitive policy and customer information.
Hands-on experience quoting across multiple insurance carrier platforms is strongly preferred, including:
- Liberty
- Safeco
- Nationwide
- Granwest
Requirements
- Candidate must live in Lima, Peru
- Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
- Experience with insurance quoting and policy
