Zycus is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Director to drive new business growth across Germany and the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland).
This is a 100% New Logo Hunting role focused on acquiring strategic enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing complex enterprise opportunities while selling Zycus' AI-powered Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform to C-level executives.
We are seeking an accomplished enterprise sales professional with a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Technology, or Enterprise Procurement Software, who understands the procurement landscape and has an established network within the DACH enterprise market.
The idóneo candidate is a consistent top performer with a proven history of exceeding quota, winning large enterprise deals, and earning recognition such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or similar sales excellence awards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Drive 100% new logo acquisition across Germany and the DACH region.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify and engage CPOs, CIOs, CFOs, Procurement Leaders, and Digital Transformation executives within large enterprise organizations.
- Sell Zycus' AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Build executive relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize pipeline generation and deal conversion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Zycus at customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and procurement conferences.
