Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To provide LAM Retail Organization in countries with the right operations guidelines to drive trading excellence & consumer experience across all stores and monitor execution to ensure consistency, identify best practices and gather feedback. Develop and implement business and consumer focused initiatives that support and inspire the whole retail operations organization to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on the development of a trading and service culture within the retail back office (RBO) and influencing the country retail team accordingly to achieve business plan goals and budgeted objectives. Manage motivating and inspiring the Market field and retail back office (RBO) teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI’s and build Brand equity to increase efficiency in operational and Brand excellence. Drive implementing and ensuring compliance with agreed Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations to meet company objectives for operational excellence.



Generate and execute local retail relevant and specific processes in close cooperation with the Global Retail CoE to drive consistency at Global level and provide feedback. Manage Inspirationally lead retail stores to a world class position by focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes and profit to ensure alignment of internal priorities and resources are allocated appropriately to achieve desired results. Influence Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to ensure high quality Multi-Store Management performance and to build a talent pool for higher Operations roles to build the best team. Create Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximize profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders, including the Retail Director LAM, Other Regional FLM and the General Retail CoE to ensure consumers understand and receive the full Brand exper
