SAP & Production Planning Support
- Support daily production planning activities in SAP S/4HANA, including the review of requirements, planned orders and production orders.
- Monitor material availability, planning exceptions and potential supply constraints, escalating relevant issues to the Production Planner.
- Support the follow-up of production plans and maintain accurate planning information in SAP.
Intercompany Planning / STO Support
- Support the review and follow-up of Stock Transport Orders (STOs) according to demand and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor intercompany material flows in SAP and coordinate follow-up with local and general planners.
- Identify potential delays or inconsistencies affecting intercompany supply and elevate them to the responsible planner.
General
- Support planning reports, KPI updates and data analysis using SAP and Excel.
- Assist in continuous improvement and standardization of planning processes.
- Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in SAP, production planning and Supply Chain processes; previous SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel.
