TheRole
Youwillberesponsibleforcoordinatingandfollowingupontheday-to-dayactivitiesoftheDueDiligenceteam,ensuringthatcasesanddeliverablesareproperlymanagedandcompletedwithinestablisheddeadlines.




YouwillworkcloselywithAnalysts,providingsupportwiththedailymanagementofcases,addressingoperationalquestions,andescalatingissueswhennecessary.
Youwillalsomonitortheteam'sprogress,keepcaseinformationandtrackingtoolsuptodate,andreportanydeviations,issues,orsituationsthatmayimpacttheproject'sobjectivestotheProjectManager.
Whatwillyourmainresponsibilitiesbe?
- CoordinateandfollowuponthedailyactivitiesoftheDueDiligenceAnalysts.
- Assignand/ordistributecasesaccordingtoprojectprioritiesandworkloadrequirements.
- Monitorcaseprogressandensurecompliancewithestablisheddeadlines.
- ProvidesupporttoAnalystsregardingquestionsordifficultiesrelatedtoprocessexecution.
- IdentifyoperationalissuesordeviationsandescalatethemtotheProjectManagerortheappropriateteamswhennecessary.
- Ensurethatcasesaremanagedaccordingtoestablishedproceduresandqualitystandards.
- Performbasicqualitychecksontheinformationanddocumentationprocessedbytheteam.
- Keeptrackers,systems,andothertoolsusedforcasemanagementandfollow-upup
