About the Role
Atlas Bench is scaling fast, and our VP of Services needs a technical right hand.



This Solutions Architect role is built for someone who can own the technical side of customer engagements end to end: design the solution, write the runbook, run the demo, join the escalation call, and flag the risk before it becomes a problem.

You'll work directly with our VP of Services on our largest and most complex accounts. You'll also help stand up our Lima office and grow into a leadership role on our delivery team as we build the office out.

This is not an entry-level seat and not a sales seat. It's a technical delivery and architecture role with heavy customer face time.
What You'll Do
Lead customer engagements. Run discovery calls, solution design sessions, and executive conversations for large enterprise accounts, working alongside our VP of Services.
Design solutions and own the documentation. Build production runbooks, technical architecture documents, and clear scoping for Statements of Work.
Support estimating and scoping. Help build accurate estimates and flag scope
