Job Description:

The Concentrates Coordinator role serves as a key operational interface between
commercial teams, logistics providers, warehouses, surveyors, customers, and
other stakeholders across the concentrates supply chain.

The position is responsible for coordinating field operations related to mineral
concentrates, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, blending, inventory
management, and shipment of material from origin through to final delivery. The
role requires strong operational oversight of concentrate stockpiles, blending
activities, transportation arrangements, export processes, and the execution of
bulk and containerized shipments.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on operational professional with
extensive experience in concentrates logistics and warehouse operations, capable
of ensuring operational excellence while maintaining accurate inventory
controls, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management across
multiple locations.





This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the expansion
of Gunvor's metals platform in South America and to work closely with both
regional and international commercial and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Coordination

* Coordinate day-to-day concentrates field operations across warehouses,
blending facilities, storage locations, ports, and customer delivery points.

* Ensure the smooth execution of the physical supply chain from receipt of
concentrates through storage, blending, dispatch, and final shipment.

* Monitor operational activities to ensure shipments are executed in accordance
with contractual requirements, operational instructions, and company
standards.

* Liaise with freight providers, trucking companies, shipping agents, terminal
operators, and warehouse operators to ensure cargo movements are executed
efficiently and safely.
