- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and help control entry and exit in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly document observations, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
