Objective
Provide continuous support in the administration and optimization of the product’s cloud‑based technology platform, ensuring its proper performance and security, managing incidents and end‑user requests,
and implementing continuous improvements through process automation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Continuously assess the product’s cloud technology infrastructure. Properly manage and size infrastructure and/or core services to ensure high availability and appropriate performance levels.
Continuously monitor the platform’s performance and security. Perform ongoing monitoring of hosts, services, and/or applications through automated tools and alerts to prevent and resolve incidents.
Configure the product’s core technology platform. Ensure optimal configuration of servers, processes, network services, and security within the cloud platform, with ongoing supervision.
Design and deploy cloud infrastructure in an automated manner. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve operational processes.
