About the role
Provide continuous support in the administration and optimization of the product’s cloud technology platform, ensuring its correct performance and security. This includes managing incidents and user requests,
as well as implementing continuous improvements through process automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Continuous Evaluation of Cloud Infrastructure
- Assess the product’s cloud technology infrastructure on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure proper administration and sizing of the infrastructure and/or product base services to guarantee high availability and adequate performance levels.
2. Performance and Security Monitoring
- Continuously supervise the cloud platform’s performance and security.
3. Configuration of Core Technology Platform
- Configure servers, processes, network services, and security within the cloud platform.
- Ensure continuous oversight of the environment.
4. Automated Cloud Infrastructure Deployment
- Create and design cloud infrastructure using automation.
- Carry out automated deployments of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) resources to improve operational processes.
