Job Title: Intake Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, gather key information, and ensure a smooth and professional intake process. You'll play a critical role in shaping the client’s first impression of our company.
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information
- Accurately document client details in CRM or internal systems
- Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team
- Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet response time and conversion KPIs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.




- Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures.
- Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management.
- Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time Zones.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards.
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations.
