Descrição do cargo:
This position handles all customer activities concerning their shipments in transit and until they are deposited in the country. He/She works with customers, suppliers to route, trace shipments as necessary. He/She resolves problems and maintains an ongoing professional relationship with the customer and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Breakdown of import manifest.
- Validation and/or calculation of freight charge.
- Housewaybill issuance via SPOC.
- Pre-arrival notice per shipment.
- Daily pre-alert reconciliation.
- Update of consolidation data, waybills reissuance.




- Pre-alert of arrival per shipment.
- Preliminary and supplementary customs manifest.
- Coordination with the warehouse.
- Validation of arrival notices.
- Arrival notice per shipment.
- Billing for handling, collect freight, and F/D charges.
- Approval of warehouse invoices (point of arrival).
- Point of arrival cost recovery.

Qualifications:
- Technical or professional degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Logistics, or related fields.
- One year of experience as an Air Operations Assistant in international freight forwarding agencies (import experience required).
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Other Details:
- Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 12:00pm-5:45pm (45 hours per week).
