Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
- This role leads Move operations in Peru, overseeing nationwide logistics across warehousing, transportation, customer service, and administrative controls, while ensuring strong integration with business planning.



It is also responsible for the performance of the largest distribution center in the Andean region

Accountable for delivering the operating plan, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring consistent service and product availability across the network. Drives performance through efficient execution, productivity, and disciplined cost-to-serve management.

Ensures full compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards, while building an engaged, high-performing team and advancing continuous improvement and transformation to support sustainable business growth.
