About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The adecuado candidate is fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with guests in Italian and English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check-in/check-out questions, and issue resolution.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
Monitor reviews and guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.





Requirements

Fluent Italian and English — written and spoken.
Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, Property Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services preferred.
Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Experience with PMS/channel management platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
