? Your next challenge:
Manage and coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent employee experience, effective HR operations,
and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
? What you'll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement, climate, culture and offboarding.
- Coordinate HR administration, including Occupational Health & Safety, contracts, agreements, employee benefits and wellbeing.
- Manage monthly employee updates and coordinate payroll-related information.
- Partner with leaders and employees, providing timely HR support and guidance.
- Monitor HR processes, KPIs and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
