Profile:
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally serving US-based clients or working with a US-facing accounting or bookkeeping firm
• QuickBooks Online certified or highly proficient — you know the software cold
• Strong reviewer mentality — you catch miscategorizations, flag anomalies, and maintain clean books under pressure
• Comfortable on camera — Loom video walkthroughs are a core part of this role and you’ll record several each month
• Strong written and spoken English — you communicate with US clients professionally and clearly
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven — deadlines are not guidelines, they’re standards




• Collaborative — you’ll work closely with operations, client success, and tax team members across multiple time zones
• You bring solutions, not problems — if something goes wrong, you fix it and inform the team
