We’re hiring a full-time Web Project Manager to run day-to-day execution for our web team.

You will work with:

1 Web Lead
1 Lead Developer
1 Front-End Developer
1 Shopify Developer
1 Backend/Frontend Developer
1 UI/UX Designer
1 Copywriter

Your job is to make sure web projects move forward, deadlines are respected, client requests are handled, and nothing gets lost between design, copy, development, QA, and launch.

What You’ll Own
Manage all web projects inside ClickUp
Assign tasks to developers, designers, and copywriters
Track deadlines and project status
Follow up on overdue work
Make sure every task has an owner and due date
Coordinate dependencies between design, copy, and development
Collect missing assets, feedback, logins, and approvals
Handle incoming client requests and revisions
Communicate delays and updated timelines to clients
Keep projects moving from:
Brief → Design → Copy → Development → QA → Launch
Make sure client feedback is properly documented and assigned
Track developer capacity
Identify blockers before they delay a launch




Escalate technical issues to the Web Lead
Keep ClickUp clean and accurate
Improve workflows, templates, automations, and SOPs
Run project status meetings
Make sure nothing gets forgotten

The Web Lead owns technical direction and quality.
