Position Summary

As General Director, you will lead and coordinate Intiwawa's teams in Peru, Germany, and the United States, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across countries and departments. You will oversee the organization's administrative and operational areas, including Programs, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, Volunteer Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and the daily activities of our community center, Casa Intiwawa.

You will develop and implement annual strategic plans with measurable goals, strengthening the long-term sustainability and impact of the organization. You will also lead fundraising and institutional development efforts by building strategic partnerships, cultivating networks, and identifying new national and international funding opportunities.

The General Director serves as the primary point of contact for donors, partners, collaborators,



and beneficiary communities and provides guidance and support to coordinators and team members in Peru, Germany, and the United States. Working closely with the Program Manager and local communities, the Executive Director will ensure that Intiwawa's programs remain responsive to local needs and continue to achieve meaningful impact.

This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.
