What you will do?
Manage the organization's assigned accounts and maintain long-term relationships between those clients and the company.
Negotiate the sale of unitary HVAC equipment within assigned channels
Identify and secure projects involving unitary equipment, providing advice on the equipment's advantages
Develop strategies targeting assigned distribution and retail channels to achieve goals
Update weekly "Sell-In" and "Sell-Out" plans with retail and dealer channels
Conduct sales training sessions in Lima and the provinces as required
Coordinate events for assigned accounts with the Marketing department.
Track and record dealer/retailer marketing activities (COOP)
Achievement of business unit KPIs
What you must have?
