Backend Engineer (Java & Python) at BairesDev

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and develop scalable server-side systems using a mix of modern programming languages. You will focus on constructing high-performance architectures that handle data processing efficiently while supporting evolving application requirements.

What You'll Do

Architect, build, and maintain robust backend systems and services.
Design clean, efficient API structures to support seamless integration across applications.




Optimize database performance and query execution to ensure high system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business logic into scalable code.
Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices are followed across the lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend development.
Proven expertise in building and scaling applications using Java and Python.
Strong understanding of API architecture and backend design principles.
Experience with database systems and performance optimization.
Advanced proficiency in English.
