Lead AI Engineer – Python at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead the development of reusable AI asset libraries, building the skill and prompt catalogs that let teams reuse proven AI components rather than reinvent them. Designing APIs for catalog services with proper versioning, tagging, and access control, you'll bring engineering discipline to how AI assets are managed at scale. This is your opportunity to lead technically on the infrastructure that makes AI development reusable and consistent across an entire organization.





What You'll Do

Build reusable AI asset libraries, including skill and prompt catalogs, templates, and metadata search.
Design APIs for library and catalog services, including CRUD operations, tagging, versioning, and access control.
Develop and refine prompt engineering practices, including structured outputs and prompt versioning.
Support prompt evaluation and testing through golden sets, regression testing, and quality scoring.
Contribute to portal UX and component library development where needed.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and prompt versioning.
Proven experience building reusable AI asset libraries, such as skill or prompt catalogs, templates, and metadata search.
Experience designing APIs for library or cata
