Veta Virtual is hiring a Client Services Associate for one of our high growth clients in the fintech and cryptocurrency industry. This is not a routine service desk role. This is a relationship first, client facing position for someone who is financially fluent, detail oriented, and passionate about delivering a white glove experience on an over the counter cryptocurrency trade desk.
? Your Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will support the day to day operations of the trade desk, helping clients execute trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, while building relationships with prospective clients and onboarding new ones. You will be a trusted point of contact who makes every client, from a first time crypto buyer to an experienced investor, feel confident and well cared for. Your day to day will involve:
Fielding inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients,
and making outbound efforts to further assist clients and promote our services.
Using company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively, every time.
Partnering with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets
Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
Educating clients on the basics of the platform, including wallet walkthroughs, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings, in terms that build real understanding and trust.
Guiding clients through the process of executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, ensuring a smooth and confident experience from start to finish.
Tracking individual progress on a quarterly basis, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved to trading ratio, and average trades per client.
