Senior Java & Cloud Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Java & Cloud Engineer, you will set the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services and drive long-term platform strategy. You will lead technical initiatives to ensure our core distributed systems are highly scalable, secure, and optimized for modern cloud environments.

What You'll Do

Establish the architectural direction for multi-cloud control plane services and define long-term platform strategies.
Design and implement robust, highly scalable,



and performant distributed systems.
Leverage containerization and orchestration tools to optimize service deployment and scalability.
Mentor senior engineering team members and influence technical decisions across the wider organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure infrastructure capabilities align with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven expertise in Java development and designing distributed systems.
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization using Docker.
Advanced proficiency in English.
