Your Main Tasks
- Develop or initiate projects in close cooperation with the climate investment team and investee companies. This includes performing needs assessments, structure and prepare projects with the relevant stakeholders, define relevant objectives, scope of work, deliverables and KPIs and project budgets, and present these to decision-making committees.
- Identify best suited providers for the implementation of relevant projects. Manage the procurement process and contracting of consultants or service providers in line with policies and procedures of the facility.
- Lead contract negotiations with selected consultancy firms or service providers.
- Supervise and monitor project implementation in close cooperation with the investment team and portfolio companies, including financial and impact reporting of projects.
- Develop business plans, strategies, and budgets for facilities, addressing the need to (a)



support and enable fund investments, (b) strengthen portfolio companies, (c) innovate regarding the types of projects and their method of implementation, all in line with donor prerogatives and limitations.
- Coordinate project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage donor relations and prepare reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage legal and administrative requirements of the facility such as appointing auditors, documenting decisions and/or ensuring up-to-date legal documentation.

Your Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable education in a business relevant field of a recognized facility.
- At least six years’ work experience in a comparable role, i.e. in project management, procurement, grant management, impact reporting and/or implementation of advisory services.
