Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and edit motions, complaints, discovery responses, and demand letters.
- Prepare and organize exhibits, affidavits, and supporting documentation for hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accuracy and compliance with court rules and deadlines.
- Maintain case files and update case management systems (Filevine experience preferred).
- Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel to gather information and support case preparation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B./J.D. equivalent) or Paralegal certification.
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or related legal drafting.
- Strong command of legal writing and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish bilingual skills are a plus).




- Familiarity with Filevine or other legal CRMs preferred.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
