Job Title:
Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Paralegal to support a U.S.based family
law attorney in a fast-paced legal practice. This role focuses on providing comprehensive legal
and administrative support in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony,
family law experience, and a genuine interest in working long-term in the family law field.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
ON SITE

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise family law legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
affidavits, financial affidavits, parenting plans, and settlement agreements
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, court dates, and filing requirements
- Prepare and electronically file documents with U.S. courts as required
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, document summaries, and exhibit organization
- Handle discovery requests and responses, including document collection and
- organization




- Communicate professionally with clients regarding case status, document requests, and

scheduling
- Manage attorney calendars and assist with appointment scheduling
- Liaise with opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties as needed
- Answer and return client phone calls and assist with general case management tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal and legal information with discretion

Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of legal experience
- Required paralegal experience with U.S.based law firms:
- At least 1 year of family law experience, preferably recent and hands-on
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and terminology
- Experience drafting family law-specific legal documents
- Familiarity with e-filing systems and court procedures in the U.S.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal co
