The Opportunity:
The Senior DevOps Manager is responsible for leading multiple DevOps teams,



driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise platforms. This role balances technical expertise with organizational leadership, aligning DevOps practices with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction for DevOps teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy.
- Oversee prioritization and planning across departments, balancing business needs with technical capacity.
- Establish governance frameworks for project execution, platform maintenance, and incident management.
- Act as the primary liaison between DevOps and executive leadership, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities.
