Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical solutions.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting).
- Develop and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement model validation, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior data scientists or analysts when required.

Requirements:
- Advanced English and Spanish a must. (B2 - C1)
- 5-7 years of experience in Data Science,



Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R.
- Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as:Power BI, Tableau
- Experience with cloud platforms such as:Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying models into production (MLOps).
- Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Experience with APIs and model integration.
- Background in domain-specific analytics (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
