H&C; Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Agent professional to support our Sales Department by handling incoming calls, managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for our U.S. clients.

This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process by maintaining strong communication with prospective clients, organizing lead information, coordinating appointments, and ensuring consistent follow-up across all incoming opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from U.S. clients, ensuring professional and empathetic customer service.
- Track, organize, and update all incoming leads in Excel and internal systems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with Estimators, coordinating availability and project details.
- Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling to potential clients and follow-up calls to leads who did not originate from active campaigns.




- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead follow-up and workflow alignment.
- Coordinate communication with clients, sales representatives, and Estimators regarding appointments and project details.
- Review lead performance, follow-ups, and conversion indicators.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Contribute to process improvements for lead management and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service (required) and/or Sales roles.
- English C1 level (required).
- Experience managing incoming customer inquiries, leads, or appointment scheduling.
- Ability to organize and maintain lead databases, Excel trackers, or CRM tools.
- Strong communication, empathy, and customer engagement skills.
- Sales experience in construction, roofing, home services, or related industries (desired).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.
