The Project:Works as part of talent acquisition function collaborating across the business, partners with hiring managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Sourcing diverse talent across priority sectors.
- Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
- Utilising multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Partnering with managers through end-to-end recruitment.
- Supporting bids through proactive talent pipelining.
- Delivering compliant, insight-led hiring decisions.
- Leveraging TA systems, data and partnerships.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Proven recruitment experience within construction or civil engineering consultancy environments.
- Expertise in screening, interviewing, offer management and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong sector knowledge, professional networks and talent acquisition domain expertise.
- Relevant to area of expertise (PMO, Datacentres, Construction, Property, Rail etc).
