H&C; Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking an Architectural Drafter (Residential Remodeling) to join our Architecture Department and support the development of residential construction drawings and permit documentation for projects across the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically skilled professional with a strong foundation in architectural drafting and construction documentation. This role is idóneo for a recent graduate or early-career architect who is passionate about residential design, eager to grow in an international construction environment, and committed to delivering high-quality technical documentation.

The mission of this role is to develop accurate construction drawings, support the permit approval process, and ensure all architectural documentation meets company standards, project requirements, and applicable residential building codes.

Key Responsibilities




- Prepare architectural permit drawings for residential remodeling projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and complete construction drawing sets.
- Revise drawings based on architect markups, client feedback, and jurisdictional review comments.
- Prepare permit documentation and supporting sheets for project submissions.
- Update drawing packages for permit resubmissions and design revisions.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultants.
- Verify compliance with residential building codes, zoning requirements, and company drafting standards.
- Organize project files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Architecture team during permitting and construction documentation phases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting quality, documentation standards, and internal processes.
