About the Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service & Claims Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for new and existing passengers. In this role, you will assist customers with creating new reservations or modifying existing ones (resolving travel-related inquiries) using internal systems, always striving to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Peruvian citizenship or valid work permit.




Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus).
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
High level of empathy and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
