Role Description The Practicante Gen AI will support the application of generative AI to real-world marketing, data, and technology projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Lima, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day activities include researching GenAI tools, creating and refining prompts, testing AI models, and documenting results and best practices.

The role will also involve assisting in the preparation of AI-generated content, basic data analysis, and the automation of repetitive tasks under guidance from senior team members.



The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, technology, and data) to prototype solutions and continuously improve AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in generative AI, machine learning concepts, and prompt engineering.
- Basic understanding of data handling and analytics (e.g., spreadsheets, simple datasets, or visualization tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and intermediate English for documentation and teamwork.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in engineering, business, computer science, marketing, communications, data science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format in Lima, manage time effectively, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new AI tools, platforms, and methodologies quickly.
- Experience with basic scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript) or low-code/no-code tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, or content creation tools is an advantage.
