About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with guests in Italian and English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
- Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check-in/check-out questions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
- Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
- Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
- Monitor reviews and guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.





Requirements

- Fluent Italian and English — written and spoken.
- Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, Property Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services preferred.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- Experience with PMS/channel management platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Availability to work adaptable hours, including weekends when required.
