Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) at BairesDev

As a Process Automation & Integration Specialist, you will design and implement automated workflows to eliminate manual efforts and streamline enterprise operations. You will connect disparate systems and data platforms, ensuring seamless and high-performance system communication across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations to optimize business operations.

- Build reliable data extraction and synchronization pipelines between various database environments and applications.

- Author and optimize clean scripts to support complex automation requirements and system logic.

- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and enhance existing integration flows to ensure continuous reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual bottlenecks and deliver scalable automated solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Process Automation, Systems Integration, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in implementing workflows using integration platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n.

- Strong proficiency in Python for writing automation scripts and data manipulation.

- Solid hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and querying relational databases.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
