Business Developer – Sales

Our client, a leading private higher education institution, is seeking dynamic and target-driven Business Developers – Sales to join their growing team across all regions in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and student enrolments.

- Develop relationships with corporate clients and prospective students.

- Conduct presentations and information sessions.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Attend networking events and exhibitions.

- Maintain accurate CRM records.

- Promote a range of higher education programmes.

Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years' experience in Business Development or Sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong relationship-building ability.

- Self-motivated and target driven.

- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (preferred).
