Job Description:

The Sponsorship in Programming (SIP) Coordinator coordinates processes to ensure the integration of Child Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship programming essentials at the cluster level.

The position leads coordination with the National Office and Zonal Office on Sponsorship Integration and collaborates with Area Programs (APs), partner organizations, and other Wahana Visi Indonesia functions to ensure compliance with Sponsorship in Programming requirements and Sponsorship Essentials.



The role also facilitates cross-functional integration to ensure sponsorship data is triangulated and utilized to inform programmatic decisions that address child well-being issues and maximize meaningful child participation across WVI Indonesia’s Area Programs.

The position supports WVI Indonesia in strengthening sponsor engagement by ensuring the development of compelling, integrated, and coherent sponsorship stories that combine authentic child perspectives with evidence of change. These stories communicate the needs, progress, and improvements in children’s well-being resulting from sponsorship integration within Area Programs. The role also supports Area Programs in linking Sponsorship Integration activities with child participation, life skills development, child voice, advocacy, influence, and community-led care and protection initiatives.

The outputs of this role contribute significantly to World Vision’s integral sponsor retention and acquisition efforts by ensuring the availability of high-quality child and community data and
