This role provides legal support across the LATAM region not only to Peru, focusing on regulatory analysis, legal research (including TNC, consumer protection, labor law, advertising, and administrative law), and monitoring legislative changes to translate them into practical business recommendations. The position involves drafting legal memos, handling user claims and administrative procedures (e.g., before INDECOPI), supporting contract drafting and negotiations, and reviewing marketing materials. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while delivering clear, business-oriented legal solutions. And develop good communication and relationship with stakeholders, such as Country Managers, and business leads.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support to multiple internal stakeholders (Business, Marketing, GR, Tax, Data Privacy,) on a daily basis

Review and advise on advertising materials and promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Conduct legal research on LATAM regulations,
not just Peruvian law (Consumer protection, advertising, administrative law), monitor legislative changes, and draft legal memos.

Review draft bills and law initiatives.

Assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations, including potential business and product adjustments.

Support and coordinate contractual work, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for key partnerships.

Handle user claims and administrative procedures with authorities (e.g., INDECOPI).

Prepare compliance checklists and support implementation of required legal adjustments.

Act as a project manager in cross-functional legal initiatives, ensuring alignment and compliance across teams.
