Buscamos Asesores de Citas Atención al Cliente para el Sector Salud - Part Time.

FUNCIÓN:

- Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
- Aplicar protocolos de atención.
- Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
- Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
- Resolver consultas y brindar información.

HORARIO PART TIME DE LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA )

HORARIOS : 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM

REQUISITOS:

- Experiencia min 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas- atención al cliente.
- Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
- Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel intermedio.
- Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.
