About the Role:
The Sales and Operations Executive supports day-to-day sales execution and operational coordination activities, including lead follow-up, quoting, order support, pricing analysis and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures sales opportunities are progressed efficiently, operational requests are supported accurately and information flows smoothly between sales and operations functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Lead Management

- Follow up on sales leads.
- Support quoting and proposal preparation within approved limits.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and lead records.
- Support hardware, wholesale, marketplace, and end-user sales activities.




- Perform outreach to existing and prospective customers as assigned.

Pricing & Market Data Support

- Perform pricing analysis for assigned product categories.
- Support high-variation and target-parts price checks.
- Validate pricing inputs and flag discrepancies.

Order & Opportunity Support

- Support completion and processing of sales orders.
- Coordinate urgent purchasing requests tied to sales orders.
- Follow up outstanding items required to close orders.

Marketplace & Channel Support

- Monitor sales-related inboxes and channels.
- Share relevant sales leads and operational replies with appropriate stakeholders.
- Support quoting and follow-up for marketplace and broker leads."

RMA, Ticket & Case Support

- Support communications related to RMA and service tickets.
- Share messages and updates with relevant stakeholders.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on assigned tasks and priorities
- Provide status updates and escalate issues or risks in a timely manner
- Participate in internal meetings as required"

General Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate task tracking in the agreed system
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the scope,



level, and purpose of the Sales & Operation Executive role, as assigned by the Line Manager, and consistent with the staff member’s skills and experience.

Qualifications

For Junior Candidates:

- Some experience in hardware sales or IT-related sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.

For Senior Candidates:

- 3+ years of proven experience in data center hardware sales or a similar role.
- Experience in Quoting Systems – can automate quote generation, utilize dynamic pricing, and allow for customization and flexibility to meet individual client needs.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in presenting technical hardware solutions to a diverse range of clients.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferable.
