Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. This role is essential in supporting attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial. The idóneo candidate will have strong organizational skills, legal knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Case Management & Legal Support

- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence claims.
- Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, discovery requests, and settlement demands.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Client Communication

- Communicate with clients to gather medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress and timelines.
- Schedule medical appointments, depositions, and meetings as needed.

Investigation & Documentation

- Conduct preliminary investigations including reviewing police reports, witness statements, and insurance information.
- Summarize medical records and bills for attorney review.




- Track treatment progress and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained for settlement negotiations.

Coordination & Collaboration

- Liaise with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Support attorneys during trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology related to personal injury.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CRM systems and legal billing software.
