Salary: 4359,83 to PEN 4695,20

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact homeowners and prospects with purchase offers across all active markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for motivation, condition, timeline, and price expectations.
- Present, negotiate, and execute purchase agreements within company-approved terms.
- Gather all information required for leadership’s final written approval before executing any purchase agreement.
- Manage each acquisition from signed contract through hand-off to dispositions, coordinating with title and escrow.
- Maintain accurate, current records of every lead, conversation, and deal in the CRM.
- Refer sellers or buyers to partner real estate agents when a listing or referral better serves the seller.

Skills:

- Strong phone-based sales skills with the ability to sustain high daily call volume
- Comfortable with consultative negotiation and holding a price without damaging the relationship




- Working knowledge of purchase agreements, title, escrow, and the residential closing process
- Familiarity with creative acquisition structures (wholesale, novation, seller finance, subject-to) or ability to learn quickly
- Disciplined CRM use and follow-up; nothing falls through the cracks
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication

Qualifications:

- Proven phone-based sales experience with high daily call volume; real estate acquisitions or investment experience strongly preferred
- Self-directed and accountable in a fully remote environment
- Available to align with Mountain Time business hours, with flexibility for occasional weekend lead coverage
- Comfortable working toward daily activity minimums (offers submitted, dials, talk time) following an initial 60-day training period
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent

Setting: 100% Remote

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM MT (Tue/Thu to 6:30 PM, Fri to 5:00 PM); 1st & 3rd Sat, 9 AM–1 PM MT (versátil for added weekend coverage)
