CBM360TIV is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to manage health, safety, and environmental compliance across mining operations in Arequipa. The role ensures regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and the implementation of proactive safety practices on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits
- Ensure compliance with Peruvian mining regulations and international standards
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions
- Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and recommendations
- Provide HSE training and support to operational teams

Education & Qualification

- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Peruvian equivalent) preferred

Experience





- Minimum 3–5 years in mining HSE or heavy industrial operations
- Experience with Peruvian mining regulations and offshore/remote site operations preferred

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of mining safety standards
- Risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
- Safety auditing and compliance reporting
- MS Office and HSE digital tools

Languages

- Spanish (mandatory – operational and regulatory language)
- English (professional working proficiency preferred)
