What will you be doing here?

Atención y asesoramiento al cliente efectivo para garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.
Operatividad en tienda (abrir y cerrar caja registradora, limpieza, apertura y cierre de tienda, resposición de stock, recepción de mercadería).
Establecer y mantener una conexión sólida entre el cliente y la empresa.
Identificar y atraer a nuevos compradores.
Conocer a la competencia y lanzamientos del mercado.

Tu propósito en este rol (Funciones):

- Atención y asesoramiento al cliente efectivo para garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.

- Operatividad en tienda (abrir y cerrar caja registradora, limpieza, apertura y cierre de tienda, resposición de stock, recepción de mercadería).





- Establecer y mantener una conexión sólida entre el cliente y la empresa.

- Identificar y atraer a nuevos compradores.

- Conocer a la competencia y lanzamientos del mercado.

Lo que buscamos en ti (Requisitos):

- Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en atención al cliente y ventas.

- Experiencia previa en el rubro de belleza, retail o consumo masivo.

- Deseable conocimiento o pasión por la cosmetología, maquillaje y perfumería.

- Estudios técnicos o universitarios en curso (deseable).

- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario.

- Actitud empática, orientación al servicio y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.
