Backend Engineer (Java & Python) at BairesDev

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and develop scalable server-side systems using a mix of modern programming languages. You will focus on constructing high-performance architectures that handle data processing efficiently while supporting evolving application requirements.

What You'll Do

- Architect, build, and maintain robust backend systems and services.
- Design clean, efficient API structures to support seamless integration across applications.
- Optimize database performance and query execution to ensure high system reliability.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices are followed across the lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling applications using Java and Python.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and backend design principles.
- Experience with database systems and performance optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
