FullStack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a development team working on a microservices architecture in a polyglot environment for a U.S.-based client.

We prioritize strong programming fundamentals over expertise in a specific language. You should be comfortable working across different technologies, reading unfamiliar code, and adapting to different programming paradigms.

While the position has a strong backend component, you may also contribute to frontend development and integrations depending on project needs.

You will participate in daily meetings with the U.S. client in English and contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of applications and services.

AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. We expect engineers to use AI tools productively while maintaining full understanding and ownership of the code they deliver.

Requirments

- 2–3 years of professional experience in Full-Stack or Backend Development .
- Advanced conversational English for daily communication with U.S.-based clients.
- Strong programming fundamentals, including data structures, interfaces, methods, composition, error handling, references, and different programming paradigms.
- Ability to read and understand unfamiliar code without depending on a specific language or framework.




- Experience with PostgreSQL , including table relationships, JOIN queries, indexes, and basic use of EXPLAIN ANALYZE.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs , including versioning, status codes, error handling, JWT, and OAuth2.
- Understanding of layered, Clean, or Hexagonal Architecture and separation of responsibilities.
- Experience with unit and integration testing and mocks.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and Jira .
- Ability to estimate tasks, meet delivery commitments, communicate blockers early, and work independently.
- Comfortable using AI development tools while being able to explain and justify all submitted code.

- SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- Structured logging, metrics, and tracing

You should be able to take partially defined requirements, ask the right questions, document your work clearly, and move forward without constant supervision.
