We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Peru office and drive the next chapter of our Local Office-Empowered strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring our Lima site operates as a unified, high-performing organization by empowering local decision-making, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning local execution with 24Slides' global strategy.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Peru office by creating a shared vision and fostering a collaborative One Team culture.
- Represent Peru as a member of the 24Slides Global Leadership Team, contributing to the company's global strategy.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Design, Customer Support, and People Success & CSR teams.
- Strengthen collaboration across departments and remove barriers between teams.
- Drive local decision-making while ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Oversee the People Success & CSR function, promoting a strong culture and employee engagement.
- Act as the legal representative of the Peruvian entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Own the site's budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance.
- Develop local leaders and strengthen collaboration between Peru, Indonesia, and Denmark.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.




- Advanced/Fluent English – You will be communicating daily with integral stakeholders.
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strategic mindset with strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and lead through influence.
