We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.

? Location: San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)

? Schedule: Monday to Friday u007C 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

? Immediate Start Available

What You'll Do

- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
- Manage day-to-day scheduling activities and staffing needs
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure service excellence
- Process timecards and support payroll-related activities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and administrative activities as needed
- Help ensure an outstanding client and caregiver experience

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler
- Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments
- Advanced English communication skills




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment
