Knowledge
- University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields.
- Technical support experience in the IP industry, familiar with Inetwork protocol, OSPF, MPLS and TCP/IP.
- Familiar with main manufacturers such as HUAWEI, CISCO and Juniper routers, switches and firewalls.
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting can be performed independently.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Tasks
- Responsible for the site survey, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and final acceptance.
- Maintain the network, troubleshooting problems, support R&D; to analyze the operational status.
- Provide necessary technical support for pre-sales departments.
- Utilize basic IP product knowledge to comprehend technical issues raised by customers
