Gestionar todo lo referente a la producción alineado a los objetivos de cantidad, calidad, costos y tiempos de entrega con respecto a las personas/ trabajadores y clientes dentro de la planta, según el turno asignado. Hace cumplir los estándares de seguridad y medioambiente en la planta.

Gestión y Liderazgo:
 Gestionar un equipo multidisciplinario o un grupo de trabajo.
 Dar instrucciones y proveer de guía para el trabajo.
 Identificar fortalezas y puntos de mejora durante el cambio de turno.
 Adaptar su comunicación a su audiencia.
 Difundir comunicados de RRHH y/o Operaciones (Prog. Fin de semana, vacaciones, cambios de turno, etc) en los turnos donde no se encuentre el Jefe de Primera Línea.
 Encargado de la gestión del tareo del personal a cargo en el turno.
Gestión de la rutina:
 Supervisar permanentemente actos y condiciones inseguras del equipo y área a cargo al inicio de cada jornada.




 Gestionar diariamente el correcto uso de las materias primas dentro de su turno de trabajo.
 Revisar diariamente materias primas registradas en SOP´s (IEM).
 Revisar diariamente marcación y color de cables.
